The DSA Whistlestop Tour had it’s third stop in Phoenix last week. A great discussion came up on the role social media plays in the direct selling industry today. Joe Mariano, the incoming president of the Direct Selling Association talked about social media clearly being both an opportunity and a challenge for direct selling companies. The opportunity being a networking mechanism, and the challenges with uncontrolled growth.
