This site is very focused on the opportunity to join the company, which is a good thing. However I think the missing element is that of visitor engagement. The only point of engagement on this site right now is all promotional material from the company, nothing from the distributor.
This site needs something personal for site visitors to attach to. Some original content from the distributor, a welcome message at the least, but a blog, photos or videos would be more ideal. Integrating the distributors social media networks would also be a great way to boost engagement.
