All in all this site has the right ideas in place for personalization from distributors, it just needs to be taken a step further. I was glad to see a message from the distributor on contact page, but something more in depth, like a blog would be stronger. Linking the distributors Facebook profile is a great start, but embedding her news feed would be a great next step.
Although this site does link the distributors Facebook profile, I found other sites that did not, even though they have a Facebook page dedicated to their Mary Kay business. This tells me that the right physical system is in place, but the training and education on how to maximize Mary Kay replicated websites may not be at it’s best.
This site has a lot of potential, I hope to see it grow and evolve to keep up with technical and social advances.
